Every business has a story.
Mine begins with a remarkable Border Collie named Arrow.
Arrow came into my life during a busy season of building my career. Like many professionals, I measured success by promotions, responsibilities, long hours, and always saying yes. I was proud of the work I did, but somewhere along the way I realized I was spending more time building other people's organizations than enjoying the life I was working so hard to create.
Arrow changed that.
He reminded me that the moments that matter aren't found in another meeting or another email. They are found in quiet mornings, walks through the woods, afternoons on the deck, and simply being present with the ones we love.
As my career evolved, I became passionate about helping organizations become stronger, more efficient, and better able to serve the people who depend on them. At the same time, I wanted a different kind of life for myself—one that allowed me to do meaningful work without sacrificing the things that matter most.
That vision became True Arrow Solutions.
The name represents more than my best friend. It represents the direction he helped me find.
Today, I help nonprofits, healthcare organizations, charities, and mission-driven businesses improve their operations, strengthen their programs, and build sustainable systems that allow them to make an even greater impact.
That same philosophy naturally extended into my work in holistic animal wellness. After experiencing firsthand the profound bond we share with our animals, I felt called to support others who want to help their companions live healthier, happier, and more comfortable lives through complementary wellness practices that work alongside veterinary care.
